A big adventure.
Well today is the day. After months of planning and too many spreadsheets we are ready (just about) to go!.
I'm sitting in Edinburgh Airport about to board our flight to Doha then on to Auckland arriving on the 6th.
Our general plan is to spend a few days in Auckland then fly down to Dunedin. From there we will have 2 weeks meandering our way back up the south island before flying from Christchurch back to Auckland for Christmas. After Christmas we have a few nights in Rotarua. New Years will be spent on the Coromandel Peninsula before we return to Auckland.
Big adventures are very exciting, but also terrifying! So much to do and I can't wait to see what the next 5 weeks brings. Hopefully some sunshine and some memories that will last a lifetime.
